Welcome all!

A set point, in health terms is a genetically and environmentally defined window that the body is comfortable with. And we have many of them!

Set points include weight and metabolism. These are dynamic points that shift marginally either side of their baseline. When this happens the body fights hard to return to the preferred set point. This is the state of existence in which it is most comfortable.
